Yep 6 whole callendar months 181 days I'm feeling great and rather chuffed as I have

Not smoked 4,520 fags :eek:

Not spent £1,240.06 on them

Saved 2 wks 1 day and 16 hrs of my life

The road has not always been an easyone but I now know that come hell or high water I won't smoke again

I have to get my packing done in the morning as off to Cornwall on Monday and have to be at bus station by 7.45 am
