Hi Bradders

You should be very proud of yourself
Love and a Hug

Congrats for tomorrow (3rd) Bradders, its comforting to see so many of us all achieving the half-year, and what a difference quitting is making for us eh!!
Nicely done m8y, heres to a 2nd half a year towards the penthouse now
Did a quick search and dug out this though :)...
Hi All
first post on here so be gentle, i am struggling as it is ha
Well this is my second day and to be honest not feeling too bad this morning when i got up was a dodgy time but got over that so onwards and upwards, Reason for giving up smoking simple i was struggling to walk upstairs without getting out of breath ... i know how bad is that to think i use to run marathons in my younger days for fun !!! anyway looking forward to tomorrow and that will be three days .... get in !

mate thats really great to read. Thats some serious fitness you are doing. Really pleased for you my man. Looking forward to us kicking back and having a bloody well earned rest in the penthouse in 6 months time. fancy going down and putting our towels on a couple of those sun loungers by the pool?
Bradders, CONGRATULATION ON 6 MONTHS OF FREEDOM! Keep going strong! Jody
Congratulations Bradders on 6 Brilliant Months of being smoke free
Now I'm off to look for a nice long comfy sofa to rest awhile after reading about your running and the amount of running your doing.
35 - 45 miles per week Seriously, that's brilliant and just shows how you've turned things around.
All the best with the training and competing, even if it's to beat your PB's.
To continued smokefree times - cheers

Hardest part is putting your trainers and closing the door behind you even when it is raining ... your out there may as well run ....walk jog for the first week or two Atomicguy .... jog for 5 mins mins walk 5 mins and build it up till you are just jogging ...... somedays you will jog 15 mins the next day only 10 thats normal ...... go do it fella running kills the craves ....once you have had a jog you wont crave ...well only for water but that good try it you might surprise yourself and that wobbly belly will soon go good luck mate
Congrats again bradders since today is you actual 6 month milestone
