Had lumbar puncture and brain scans which came back clear. But my optic nerve in my eye looks suspicious so having tests tuesday. Feel better today. Been nice not having to try to go out to get my fix. 42 days smoke free woop woop x happy new year to you all x

Good to hear! Posted before i saw your post. That is a nice thing to not have to "get a fix" while at hospital. Whew scary thots of possible brain bleedAgain Happy New Year to you!
How is things now laura6 - any further on or results?
Got discharged late last night. Had all the eye tests back showed nothing. They dont really know whats wrong so have sent me home with anti sickness pills and pain relief and diazpan. Postive Iv lost a stone in weight. Nearly due my next badge. Hope to start helping out here abit more when I feel better. X
Ah thats good you are home and back in your own surroundings, god thats a lot of weight to loose in a week or so. Don't be worrying about here, just concentrate on getting better.

I have been ill since 23rd Dec but have only been in hospital 29th. So the weight loss is from 23rd. The hospital rang and want me to go back tom for more tests.

Still in hospital. Had 2 ct scans. One with iodine and one plan. Lumbar puncture. ECG. Have ruled out tumor, blood clot or bleed. Now waiting to see a eye specialist. Thank you all for your concerns x
