Not after a pat on the back, more interested in letting you all know it is achievable and in my honest opinion not as hard as most think.

On the 27/11/2007 I became a non smoker and have not had one puff since. I smoked a lot, but put my success down to reading Allen Carrs The Easyway to give up smoking and lots of visits to this board.

I remember visiting my Mum in hospital a month after I had quit. Whilst waiting I came across an old man who was coughing his guts up. I vowed that I would not end up like that! My cough disappeared along time ago😇.
