Ah the smoking dreams, still have an odd one 2 years on and so does my hubby who is 4 years on, they do knock you when you have your first couple, but take it as a positive that your brain is working hard to recover even while we sleep It is a huge relief that is a dream and keeps us on our toes that we never ever want to go back there!!

I had MANY dreams that I was smoking and had the same reaction...HAPPY as heck when I woke up that it was just a dream. I still get those dreams, but not near as many as I used to. Those dreams scared me more than real nightmares..haha!!!!
