Ooh no!!!! Fell down big time last night. Was doing so well. Even when the day started a bit shaky I didn't give in. Till after 9, then don't know why but smoked 8. Woke this morning and have smoked.

I'm so sorry folks after all the support you've shown me to admit to this.

Just broke up rest of cigarettes so starting again now. Day one will be tomorrow.
