I quit on the 8th Feb 2016

I was a 30 / 40 a day smoker for 30 years

It was only last week whilst on holiday on the Norfolk Broads and I saw other females sat on their boats smoking that I looked and realised I no longer think or have any desire to smoke.... in fact I must have gone months without thinking about smoking. I have I realised become a total non smoker - No longer a quitter just ' I don't smoke

It was a great feeling
