If ure thinking about it or at the start of your quit please go for it. U can do it, u will not regret it, if you have smoked since u were young like me u will never have experienced being in control. (true control not being a slave to the demon nicotine) . So read, plan and attack ure quit cause it's first class. This site really helped me I read other stories successes, failures and experiences. Never stop quitting, it will click and u will win. The method is irrelevant do whatever gets u to being free. I wish u the very best of luck.

Frank..Very nice post and a true motivation for anyone just thinking about quitting... It is true Frank..To free ourselves from the entrapment is such a glorious feeling and almost not possible to describe in words ...You must feel it !!
