I have just stopped taking Champix-I was six weeks in-didn't completely manage to stop smoking-but for last month I developed terrible itchiness on legs,arms and torso-was at a loss as to what caused the utchiness-since stopping the Champix the itches have gone-so will try cold turkey...

Cuisine...Sorry that Champix did not work for you and therefore I am so thankfull that I was one of the lucky ones with only a bit of nausia but no other side affects... It worked for me and gave me a lot of respect for people attacking this monster bare handed (Cold turkey)...
One thing I believe is if you want it badly enough it will work... Strongs !!!

Welcome Cuisine - how are you getting on, we look forward to your Day 1 post - I quit cold turkey over 19 months ago and never looked back, it was bumpy at times but with focus and determination, I am the happiest I have been, life is so much smoke free
