Congratulations Dp338 , great stuff! How's it going, are you still thinking of smoking or has the urge just about gone? I really noticed a difference from 6 months on. Not smoking just seemed to feel more "normal"...less alien to me.

I have no want need erges. Even when smokers around me it's no bother can't beleave it when I look down at a pile of cigarettes butts and there not mine . I do feel a little alían head in the clouds forgetfully and low motivation it just don't matter right now I'm a non smoker thanks for all the replies from so many it means a lot to know someone is always there.
