Allan Carr's Book, Easy Way to quit Smoking

I read this book about twenty years ago and quit for twenty years! The other night I stupidly took a puff from my friend's cigarette and within one week, I was smoking almost two packs a day again! I would highly recommend this book. He doesn't tell you how to quit, but he makes you want to quit - and without ever mentioning how bad it is for your health! I misplaced this book, but I am going to buy it again!
