Hi All,

2 weeks done yesterday and still going strong (most of the time). Although I must admit at 1 week I was really pleased with myself thinking I can't believe it's been a week, yet yesterday I was thinking I can't believe its only been 2 weeks. That's a holiday for most people! A long way to go for me.

I think the first month seems to drag for most people. Just keep taking it a day at a time and let us know if it jumps up and bites you on the bum.

2 weeks may not seem a long time but when it comes to quitting smoking it is. Keep moving along and you'll get there!

Well done and keep going. ☺☺
