One week ...

Woo hooo one week later and i still find my self constantly wanting to smoke lol. I dont want to let my week be wasted, this is the longest i have ever been without one.

Ha ha! Funny thing is it creeps up on you...one day you will suddenly realise that you haven't though about smoking for an hour or so! Big revelation time!

Michelle this a brilliant! Well done. I find I think about smoking in the evenings but such thoughts are becoming easier to brush aside. It does happen.
