Morning Neicy, wow 80 Days, congratulations and well done. You are in the thick of the brain re-wiring and heading into your final stage of the 'Icky Threes', see below.

Hang in there, once you get over this final stage, things will get so much better, I promise :)

Neicy...Ouch! my sincere sympathy...I had that same one on +/- 90 days... I really thought it is the wrath of the Nicodemon because I was winning...(Had myself tested for Malaria) Same symptoms but be glad it was my turning point and from here on it gets better by the second... Strongs..!!!

Your body is now depleted of vitamins and you can really think on supplementing.

All vitamins A, B, C, D.. Strongs !!!

Congratulations on 80 days! Great job. Your chest and back hurting may not be anything to do with your quit. It's easy to assume every "symptom" we get during our quit is related but not necessarily. Non smokers get sick too! Lots of bugs about at the moment (I currently have bronchitis and my chest hurt before I started coughing) or you may have pulled something. If the pains continues without an obvious reason, consult your doctor to be sure.

Great achievement, if your symptoms are due to quitting they will pass, but I'd go speak to your GP as it's more than likely a bug.

Keep going Neicy1977 you are doing brilliantly :)

I blamed every single thing on me quitting. Our mind will try and do anything to push us towards smoking again. It wants things to go back to normal and will make you blame everything on what has changed. carry on.

For me personally it was about 9 months before I truly felt 100% but by 4 months I knew I had won without any doubt.

I was prescribed paxil. Its not helping me. So I'm going for a second opinion.

Hmm, definitely wise to go for second opinion, hope you feel better soon...

Paxil? For chest and back pain? Isn't Paxil an antidepressant? Does doc think your having panic attacks? 2nd opinion sounds like good idea. Hope you get sorted
