Sorry Tracey, cannot advice as have no experience on the patches, maybe read the side affects of the pack, try some water and some fresh air to ease the headache.....

Don't know about patches but when I lowered the nicotine in my ecig I had a headache for a couple of days.  Maybe it's just getting used to less nicotine that causes a bit of tension headaches, it will pass

hi Tracey.

I'm not much help.

ive got horrible cringing headache.wont shift untill I take painkillers.

it's causing ear.neck ache very uncomfortable.

it makes you feel down and wondering if its smoking related or just coincidence.

but I know a fag will not help.

you take care

keep kicking 😞

Hi Tracey. I'm still on step one of the patches have been told by the pharmacist to stay on them for eight weeks as I was quite a heavy smoker. I will be starting step two soon. Maybe you should ask your doctor or pharmacist which patches you would be best using.
