Thanks to everyone for their support. Day 4 is going ok although it is fair to say that I was a bit cranky this morning. Went for a run last night which was good. I have also just been sent the invitation for my annual work medical - another incentive to keep off the cigarettes!

Good for you FordyP, yeah the crankiness is to be expected unfortunately, but doesn't last too long.   Keep going!

WOW WOW day four nearly a whole week done,  these days pass so quickly.

It's amazing your only a little cranky in the mornings, in my book that's brilliant.

Look forward to your up dates

Thanks guys. Day 4 pretty much done. Finished work and at home. Usually when I work late I will definitely pop out for a cigarette - not tonight though!
