Day 16: Cranky Introvert...

Its been very tough and extremely stressful. I feel i am driving away all my loved ones by being a jerk. I am very emotional and cranky. I have been meditating regularly for at least a month now.   I think this is helping me. I find myself running to my Master (Guru) for emotional support every now and then(In my mind). He is my strength and my light. And i will continue to walk the path in my masters presence. Jai Guru Dev.

A little cranky now and then is Ok,  giving up a very powerful drug does indeed take time to adjust, day 16 is a amazing achievement, I so hope you realise just how far you have come.
