Hi I'm mika I quit smoking 27 day's ago cold turkey I've had small cravings but over all I'm doing really good I have a lot of family support but my mom smokes and my boyfriend I guess I was ready after 35 years of smoking I don't wanna die of lung cancer that's the reason I stopped.

I too quit cold turkey 6 months ago tomorrow, support and being around positive people is definitely key in our quits along with knowing what is happening to help us deal with the roller coaster of ride!
