I know I have a addiction to fags and my smoking will probably catch up to me in the end but that doesn't mean I can't put it off for as long as possible

Great mentality, for me at least it's the fear of what happens when we quit, but NO haven't grown another head, or collapsed in a heap.

Gather as much info as you can and read and post often .

Good old fashioned cold turkey

I don't think those electric cigarettes are good for u anyway and I think it keeps u in the habit of smoking and all the routine that goes with it
