Hope all is good, its my day 3 to quit smoke and and on day 3 many of time i have captured by my flickering nature but i have not allowed myself to do so

Hello vivek and welcome to the forum. Well done for getting to day three and hopefully you can get much further with the help of the people here. How are you quitting? Cold Turkey? Champix? Patches? Some other method?
