Yes this is to celebrate my 243rd smokefree day, but also to remember. Before anything, to say thank you to all you people for your support to me and anyone. Reading my posts from the past, I do remember what have I paid for being here today. It was extremely hard for me to stop smoking. But I made it and it totally worths it! 6.082 cigarettes not in my lungs....if I start counting them one by one I m gonna finish tomorrow...
On my fourth month I has a whole ten kilos heavier, but it totally worths it. Got a mountain bike and felt like a pro with my new lungs!! And of course the bike burned the fat in no time! I can breath the air! Oh the lungs...such a wonderful machine....
Again thank you so much for what you do here! Stay strong, toughen up and just dont do it! (smoking)

Thank you! I feel so encouraged readng your post. I must say I dread stepping on the scales right now as my weight goes up and up and gives me another reason to end my quit. But I haven't and I wont! Thinking of buying myself a bicycle for Christmas
Well done Antonis, I agree 100% about the exercise burning off the weight gain, that's why people shouldn't worry about the gain initially. It's one step at a time, fight the addiction, fight the habit, learn how to live with out cigs, discover what your new body can do now in terms of moving and breathing, start to enjoy your new healthy life style. Get outside, get active your gonna feel great.
