Got the weekend off as my older bro is back for the weekend. Mark wants to go and buy some bikes so we can go biking and all I want to do is go to sleep. Still got all house work and washing to do yet and no doubt my son and the grandkids will turn up.... Im just so comfy in this chair I dont want to move. Cigs arnt on my mind all the time now but this morning had a few twinges but managed to push them away. Will let you know later if I managed to drag myself out this chair

Did housework and my son was on his way but my grandson threw up on the way so they didnt come in the end. We didnt go and get the bikes cos Mark forgot Man U was playing lol. Mark has had a bad craves tonight he hasnt had a bad one like that for ages. I think I might be coming down with his man flu but he says it will just be a little cold (go figure)
