I can`t believe how easy it is. The withdrawal symptoms are not much, just a feeling of emptyness or boredom, nothing more. No physical pain.
I have been smoking for 34 years and I tried to quit before, but never really stopped before.
When you get a craving, don`t go and munch all the food in the fridge, just remember that you were not born with a ciggy in your mouth. The way I do it is : Think of the Nicotine Monster as a person you really hate and they want you to smoke. If you do smoke, they win. Simples

Yeah, on my first quit I became a recluse lol  and it didn't do me any good. Relapsed after 50 days anyway. I reckon by now I know most of my triggers, so no need to hide. Was with one of my smoking neighbours on the first day of this quit, and it didn't bother me at all cos she smokes rollies, which I don't like. Sometimes I reckon I need to be around smokers, cos if I'm not I can start romanticising cigarettes. But if I get a whiff of a smoker, do I want to smoke?? No way Jose lol  e And smokers look weird to me now lol and I'm only on day 16!!
