I am 1 hour from quitting Cold Turkey for three days. So close to Day 4 but last night, Even with Xanax, I slept very lightly and woke up frequently. This morning I am exhausted. What do you guys do when you have nights like this?

Maggie... Yes...Insomnia is one of the "painful" symptoms.. I used to make myself a cup of green tea (Theanine) and relaxed quite well after sipping it away.
Most Of the times I could go back to sleep.
I was also using my months Data to surf the Net looking for answers whilst the sleep was evading me.... Stay strong !!
