Day 3 for me and getting on well with the 4mg lozenges. Feeling healthier.
This is my 2nd day and except for thinking about fags; including fags chasing me, and talking to me; I'm really sruggling!
I have this e-cig hanging out my gob 24/7!
I'm taking Zyban which I feel is working.,,
Using this e-cig though is totally defeating the object!
I can understand why I find my routine full of opportunities to smoke so I'm trying to change this bit by bit (extremely slow!)
When will I feel like me again? 😖
Joinessexuk i would get some advice off whomever prescribed you the Zyban. Not sure how it interacts with ecigs.
