Oh no, not the migraines!!! Firstly well done on day 12 buddy, I'm very proud of us 
second, if I were you with a migraine I would just put the eye mask on and go to sleep. It gets you through the pain and it's stress free, sleep is the best remedy for all troubles, hope you get better soon
