Last night in preparation for an appointment with a hynotherapist today, I listened to a hypnotherapy CD (Glenn Harrold - Quit Smoking). Had never heard it before
This morning when I thought I would have my last roll-ups before the hypno session I actually threw my tobacco in the bin....hence 21 hours without nicotine.
I feel VERY odd. Very spaced out. Is it too much oxygen in my brain??? Had some cravings, more so as the day had gone on, but manageable.
Anyway just wanted to say Hi to all my fellow quitters. I've been on this forum before and found it the best help ever.
