Gutted for you Claire, it was great seeing you rack up the days though. Keep going you can do this. Maybe the slip will show you you really want this? You've got straight back at it. It will be tough again but I promise it gets less intense every week. I'm nearly at 5 months now and though I won't say it's not an issue now and again, on the whole it's no way like the beginning. I can even drink socially without smoking and if you read my earlier posts that actually killed me haha I was a recluse, left every event 😞but each painful stage seems to pass x good luck x x
