Well as some on you know had friends over yesterday that smoked and didn't give in, I thought day 4 was supposed to be easier, have an upset stomach , feel a bit out of it and a headache today, really thought about lighting up this morning but haven't

Well done Claire, good for you to stay strong. Physically you will certainly start to feel better over the next few days just continue to drink lots of water. I always found it helped quite a bit and I believe some cranberry juise may actually help evacuate some nicotine although your mostly rid of that by the end of day 4. As for feeling 'out of it' that feeling lingers for a while, it's like we don't know what to do with ourselves at times since quitting. Good luck and keep posting.

All I seem to be doing is eating at the moment, I'm not even hungry really

Its called hell week for a reason. Eating to keep the cravings at bay slightly is totally normal.

Any amount of food you eat will be better than smoking. Just try and eat healthier if things if possible. The cravings will pass. Stay strong.

Most of us had the eating problem, Claire! It will pass, along with all the other hellishness, I promise Better to gain a few pounds now and lose them later than keep battering your body with tobacco xxx

its strange, its as though im really bored and dont know what to do with myself, all i want to do at the moment is light up, im stressing as im seeing a new consultant tomorrow , just hoping he goes by my mri results and doesnt put me thtough an examination
