Had a couple of major craves but got through them, went to the stop smoking clinic and blew a 1 on the carbon monoxide tester , every time I crave I look at the app I have installed on my phone to see how well I'm doing

Excellent Claire, keep counting away the hours and half hours, soon you get a bit tired of doing that and just focus on a couple of hours at a time then get into half days, then full days and eventually weeks. I'm at the weeks part now and I'm not even 2 months in so it goes fairly quickly although at first minutes can seem like hours during the craves. Hang tight. Come here often since we'll want to know your progress and continue encouraging you. This forum is good for that.
