So moving into day 2... Day 1 just flew in and I hope it continues. Off to work and hoping for a busy day to pass the time. Wishing all a good day.

Breathing never worked for me lol. I'm just going on sheer determination. I have 10 1/2 weeks of NRT left so I've got that time to break the habits and routines. Bi also have a container which I am putting my money in every night from not smoking. I think seeing the money, alongside feeling the effects of not smoking, will do it for me. Plus I'm planning on keeping busy the next few days so that will help keep my mind occupied. I still reserve the right to moan and ask for help tho - I'm not that confident lol

Yep, moan and ask for help as much as required :0). And you certainly have a plan. Mine has all been rather see how it goes much of the time. And it's going alright!
