Busy Sunday

Been to a zoo today with my family, had a fantastic but tiring day. Getting ready now to go out for a meal and drinks with friends. Another smoke free weekend done. They're mounting up now. Haven't had a crave for days now any thoughts of smoking have been few and far between. I hope it continues this way but I'm not being complacent yet.

Great going Spanish! I wish I was going to a zoo... I love seeing the seals and penguins and such. Anything that can swim. Let me tell you; if the crave comes, go for a short walk, have a drink of water, look at a flower and study its petals, enjoy the world you see around you. Anything is better than filling your lungs with toxic fumes.

It's so wonderful, when all of a sudden you realise you have not thought of smoking , real break through.

Good going on another weekend clear. We're racing towards a new room! I went to a couple of bars here in Florida over the weekend, and I didn't realise people can still smoke in them. It must be a state level decision rather than federal law. It didn't bother me, I didn't want one (that might be the champix talking, or indeed it might just be me!). But I was surprised how many people were smoking! My clothes stank the following day.

Wow, walkabout that amazes me. When I went to california I felt like the only person in the whole state who smoked!

They were probably all European tourists! Or the kinds of smokers who only come out after they've had a few drinks, of which I know of plenty back home, and cannot afford to be one of them!
