Well buddy, today's your last day in the 2nd month room.
The 3rd month room is currently being cleaned in preparation for your arrival and the sofa is having its cushions pumped (It it me or does that sound like a euphemism for something?)
Very well done on your awesome quittage and keep handing out the quality advice, your efforts on this forum are 2nd to none.

I should hope so too, the place looks pretty good to me - although I always thought cushions should be "plumped" rather than "pumped"... remind me never to use the sofa in your house! 
Thanks, Nic - I am surprised at how quick it has gone to be honest, the second month has gone much, much quicker than the first.
I am only too happy to help anyone I can in the same way that others have helped me... call it karma, but it helps me to help anyone else.
