It usually gets worse before it gets better... how are you feeling today? any better?

I didn't notice anything this time only because I was very ill and in bed / hospital anyways.

But any other time I stopped smoking I would have got a very bad cough, pain in the chest, flu like symptoms for the first 3/4 weeks.

I don't know if this will help you,but I did a lot of steam treatment this time in order to clear up the lungs quickly. Hang in there friend, it will get better

Well Day 5...Hoooray!...... no chest pains and no floating feeling...I feel like i just recovered from a really bad illness....feeling weak and a bit vulnerable but on the whole not too bad today!!!

So glad u are having a better day, the floating feeling is awful, I've had it for over a week along with black floaters in my eyes, it's horrible I feel like I'm on another planet lol.... You're nearly a week in now, how good is that? Xxx
