As for the terrible 3's, some struggle, some don't. I think it's a mindset thing again.

Congratulations on getting to your third week. I'm going into week 2 this evening. I should briefly catch you up in the rooms at the 1 month room. My Day 3 was difficult, but so were Days 4 and 5 at times. Looking back now, they were all a breeze! So, a frame of mind, but easier said than done.

Hi Donna - cheers, I think it comes from my job, it's not the done thing to be negative around tiny children. I really do worry that I come over a bit kids-tv-presenter-over-the-top-cheery, but hey, we can't change who we are

This is the app I'm using - I downloaded a few free ones and this seems to be the funnest, with the missions and the badges. It's got a forum, but it's dead jim, which is why I found my way here smokefreediary.com/
