For the hundredth time. I am hoping that when I get a killer crave I will post on here rather than caving in,

Good luck Finally, read and post on here, I have religiously for past 3 weeks, if not someone will come along check up on you. Concentrate on getting through 1 minute then another, I'm 3 weeks in and I never thought I would get here, my willpower is 0, but say I'm not saying I'm not going to smoke again, I'm just not going to smoke today helps x
Craves pass Finally, that's the thing to remember, it WILL pass. One of the few things in life that you can apply "if I ignore them they'll go away" to....doesn't work with bills!
Ooh, we've already got a Finally! on the forum who is firmly entrenched in the Penthouse (the one year + room) so you've got a lot to live up to
How long have you smoked and how heavily? What quit method are you planning on using?
You'll get lots of support on here and the more often you post, the greater the chances of success
All the best, Finally. I'm only 3 days in with a lead up to that of cutting back. The support from people on here has been a blessing. I'm a convert to posting frequently. I didn't realise the power of it.
Hi FInally
Are you Finally of the November 2013 Quitters? Welcome and all the very best. Fact that you are back here, is because you have the will to succeed. Can actually say, been there, done that and got the T-shirt. It really really does get easier. it have been 1 year, 19 weeks, 5 days, 4 hours, 24 minutes and 54 seconds (changing all the time - I have an App that tells me how long I have been smoke-free). As we have often said, it is a constant battle, much easier as time goes by but you will eventually cross the line when it just does not make sense to fall off the wagon - I don't because the first few months were crippling, torture, that I never want to go through again.
A word of advice on the weight issue. You will gain weight because you eat more. period, so be conscious of that and vigilant of intake. I had gained weight and it was all my fault because I pigged out. So save your self the grief of having to handle another battle, that of weight gain and be judicial how much comfort food you award yourself.
Be strong - if you mind-set is in the right place, you will get through to the other side and prevail. It was not your time, then, but NOW........... YES YES!
'Bestest' of luck

Craves are so ......(insert your own choice of words)........ but like most bullies who don't gain any attention or reaction, they will slowly go away
