Ok. I'm still in Day 2. One and a half hours to go till Day 3 BUT all I dreamt about last night was smoking and buying cigarettes and lighting up 
I was so tempted to go to the shop and buy some (still am!) but I haven't
I have a feeling that today is going to be a tough one
It's very common to have smoking dreams and they do seem so real and vivid. I was convinced I'd smoked on the top deck of a bus after my dream and was so disappointed that I'd lost my quit. I was chuffed when I woke up to find I hadn't.
It just goes to show how deep into your subconscious this habit has gone, which is why a big part of a successful quit is psychological. Give it enough time and this happens naturally, but reading about how the addiction works helps too.
Above all else for now, just stick to NOPE, it's your best friend at the moment 
Hang in there Penguin, smoking dreams are actually considered a good thing believe it or not it's a sign that cigs are not occupying your thoughts in the day, although at the moment I know it's all consuming and all u can think about, I really recommend downloading loads of free games to your phone, tablet, laptop whatever you use really because games do take your mind off of cigs and helps you to think I something else.
There are some good games on the forum we will have to start them again and get involved with those it really does help.
Also another tip is tunes, the cough sweets pref cherry flavour, they are so strong that having a cig won't be so appealing, keep going flower xxx
Thanks Capitan. I'm at work shortly so that should keep me occupied. I'm proud of myself for not caving this morning, but I'm just taking today one hour at a time. I won't lie; today is going to be a massive struggle

Think carefully, I was told by the surgeon that when I had the first Stent operation I was lucky to still be here, another 20 minutes and I may not have made it. Now I give thanks to the 111 service, a Para medic , two Ambulance men from East Bedfordshire and an incredible surgeon at Harefield hospital
