No worries...just look at it positively. Instead of thinking you have say 340 days to go til you reach the penthouse, just keep telling yourself how well you are doing to have not smoked for however many days you have quit for...then think of how many fags you have not smoked in that time. I was where you are right now once. Just take it one day at a time.

My younger brother (committed smoker - will smoke til he dies I believe) came round an hour ago. He'd obviously smoked a few minutes before arrived. My God don't smokers stink!!!

Anyway...he knows that I quit nearly a year ago...and yet still he waves his pack of Lambert and Butler in front of my nose and offers me one.
