Well here I am 9 Months today and I am so proud to say that I have done this amazing feat (amazing to me that is) without a blip or slip, I decided to quit for so many reasons but the primary one was obviously health and I do feel better and will continue to improve I hope.
The choice to go cold turkey was not a conscious decision because as you can see I quit Christmas Day so there wasn’t an option to use a replacement therapy as there was no where open so CT was the only way for me and I am so glad I took it and have been lucky enough to have had the strength to continue with it.
Well done to everyone on the forum no matter how long or short your quit, you are still making the most beneficial health choice that you can.
And I must say, HOW BRILLIANT is this site, I could not have done it without it, and some excellent support from a load of really good people, Thank you all.

Well done to my quit buddy and roll on Christmas when we both go upstairs to the Penthouse, hope our partners don't get jealous LOL.
I can only agree with your comments about how helpful the people on this site have been. Love and kisses and I will see you at the next stageing point next month.

You must be so proud of yourself- and rightly so!!
Not only have you managed to reach 9 months, without a blip, slip or glance backwards, you have also been a HUGE inspiration, help, support and general patter-on-the-back for me, and i honestly appreciate every word you have typed for me.
Wow, you will be celebrating xmas day in the penthouse- save room for me, as i KNOW i will get there 1 day!!
