Mrs M, I'm increasingly certain that this is The Final Quit. You sound and seem different somehow, and I think that the magic switch in your brain has clicked over.
Many, many congratuations from me and may your Week Three fly past like a very fast thing. Nearly a whole month gone already! 
Every intention of making this the one folks, there's no just one!
Yeah tea have the opposite problem now, sleeping too much lol!
