Making it feel like it's cooling my lungs throat etc down, can anyone relate or am I going mad :eek:

P.s I haven't got a sore throat/cough or anything but cold drinks especially water is very satisfying at the moment?

Yes water on a quit especially the early stages is in want want want by the body, mine wanted gallons of the stuff.

Its sometimes said that drinking a lot of water when you quit helps clean the body of toxins. No idea how true that is, mind.
