Hello and welcome. Im using it for the third time and think its great, I only take one tablet a day, two and im like a zombie lol. Trouble I have are the mind games. Weaning off them isnt the problem. Its the voices that say on a bad day have one, you will feel better. Of course thats rubbish as we know.
You will be fine, any probs just post x
well I was on the 2 blue tablets a day I was fine no serious side affects my 3rd attempt but this is furthest I ever gone
but when I went to half dose 2 white 3 weeks ago after second day reduction I was tearfull moody was on real downer couldn't sleep this went on for about 5 days then passed thank god I wasn't prepared for that
but last Cpl days I went down to 1 white not as bad this time no mood swings but still cant sleep
doc says stay on one till I am ready then take one every other day so I think I be ok
thanks wish I found here at the beginning x
Hi Shirley welcome :DI quit on Champix,I too was a bit worried about cutting down then quitting the drug but it went fine,so do not worry about that.
thanks max that a relief no going back now spent all my ciggy money on getting
white fillings to remove very badly stained teeth from smoking 40 roll ups a day
washed down with very strong tea had to give up both tea and cigs
tea was the easy bit lol x

Hi Shirley well done on your quit you are doing great, I think for the purpose of the forum three months is 12 weeks I'm not sure though I've never got beyond 11 weeks I think there's a post somewhere that explains more, maybe someone knows where it is? 1/4 way through the year is a massive achievement, good on you x x x
