Thanks everyone! Slept a wee bit better last nite.
Onto day 6 felt a bit shakey again this mornin like I really really wanted a cig but just busied myself til the craving passed. I do have a poundinf headache but hopefully nothing a few painkillers cant sort xx
Day Six- how fantastic is that? Nearly a whole week under your belt.
As I always say, I have nothing but heartfelt admiration for those who quit CT. I know I couldn't have done it and I am in awe of what you have achieved.
A big welcome to the forum from me too. It's a grand place and I'm sure you'll enjoy it. Everyone without exception is lovely and you'll get all the support, advice and companionship you could possibly need to help you on your journey.
Hope your headache goes away soon. The early days physical side-effects are a pain in the bot, but they do pass and it won't be long before you start to notice all the wonderful benefits.
Ok so almost at the end of day 6 & can definately say it was a bit easier at work today eg bteak timed which is good! Still have the crave when I get in the door at night but to be honwst, think thats more down to routine than anything, as hubby always has my cuppa ready for me coming in and first thing I'd do is shoes off and light a cig, but I'm determined I wont give in
Thanks for the words of encouragement, its helping keep me going x
