Can't believe its day 3 already. Had a wobble after breakfast but did some deep breathing. I used to smoke 3 before i left the house and at least another 4 before lunch so mornings are hard. Anyway, iphone still in the rice bag, grr but going to try another C25k run maybe later.

By the end of today all the nicotine should have left your system so the worst of the physical withdrawal will be done with. You'e doing all the right things and getting plenty of exercise is good, partly because it'll help to flush all the poisons out of your system and partly because exercise releases endorphins, which stimulate the same pleasure cells in your brain as smoking did. Also, running will take your mind off any craves.
I hope your Day Three goes really, really well....
