Not feeling the love today.

So staying home and watching TV.

Good idea, watching the tele, with a coffee, it's just so horrid when days like this happen, but hold tight it's a new day tomorrow.

Nearly two weeks fantastic, for sure we do have ups and downs, but the the downs do become less with a bit of time.

Good luck for today, will be thinking of you, just keep going.

Give yourself a break and allow yourself absolutely anything you fancy (with the obvious exception :p) This quitting lark can be really hard going in the first few weeks and you are doing fantastically well. Keep it up - it's a fortnight tomorrow and that is not to be sniffed at
