3 months done for me now, been so busy lately I have hardly had time to think about smoking. It's starting to get really easy now, just got to keep my guard up but as I'm moving away from uni in the next few weeks all my main triggers will be gone.
I hope everyone is keeping strong, sorry I haven't been around much to be supportive as I should be.
Carl well done on your 3 months too!

Moving away and making a new start will reinforce your quit I am certain. Now you have three months under your belt you should have all the resources you need to stay quit no matter what life throws at you in the future.
What are your plans by the way? Good luck from me with everything you do post-Uni and do keep us up to date with developments.
Once again, many congratulations on your mighty achievement.
Max: Great advice! Though I really hate the smell now, it makes me feel a bit sick and people smoking reminds me of how stupid I used to be.
Skiddaw: I'm moving to Yorkshire with the OH and we are saving up to go and live in Canada for a year this time next summer on an IEC visa, then Australia for 6 months on a working holiday visa so quite a lot of travel. Got some job interviews in the pipeline, waiting to hear back from a few.

Wow...sounds like the next few years are going to be quite an adventure! How exciting! Isn't it lovely to know you will be doing it all smoke-free.
Just like to thank everyone for their replies, even though it is a bit belated. Couldn't be here without the support of everyone on this forum for sure so I'd like to let you all know I am really really grateful for your support! xx
Thank you Helene. I just need to see a bit more of the world I think! Super excited about coming to Canada too, we hope to visit Montreal on our travels x
