Well my lovelies (and you have all been so incredibly kind and lovely!) I am now officially on day 21 so am allowed in month 1! Just for the week mind, then it's on to month 2, which is just bonkers! It has gone very quickly in some ways- I mean it doesn't feel like 3 weeks of hard struggle- but bloody slowly in other ways. Time has got all of a muddle lately- possibly a side effect combined with the poor sleeping!!
Anyway, here I am, officially allowed in month 1, looking for the comfy seat (my back is still ow) and I bring tequila and apple pies- an odd combo, but what the hey! For month 2 it will be Aquavit and pickled herrings!! I'm going through a Swedish phase...
Big kisses to all who've made it this far, and huge encouragement and big hugs to those on their way. Oh, and those folk ahead of me, well, what inspirations you are! XXXXXXXXX
(you may have noticed, I'm very happy to reach day 21!)

Congratulations, you're ahead of me, so keep the inspiration coming. Not so sure about the food combo, but if that's what it takes to get to month 1 Ill do it. I'm still stuck on the jelly beans.
Welcome Deedee. Just in time to take the chair I've kept warm for you as I move out to month 2. Good job really - that dead sheep thing looks creepy. Enjoy the tequila & apple. I'm off to help Delboy clean up the mess left by the Octos and drink their leftover wine.
Well done Dee and the other Novos moving to Month 1, but I take exception to LLS's remark that the Octoquits leave leftovers, I know these girls and they would never leave wine behind

Oh, and thanks for the nice messages- apple pies are warmed and ready, the tequila is in the fridge!
Cravings are getting much less now, more just odd niggles when I'm out and about, or watching tv, but they really are controllable. I had been worried about Christmas, but now I'm thinking why spoil the taste of my dinner (planning venison with redcurrant and madeira sauce, mmmm) with a stinky fag?? What a waste!
