Ha ha thank god Im not the only one. I did go for a little run in my flip flops the other day but tripped over and grazed my knee, so maybe I just be plump but safe x

I didn't move off the sofa either for the first 8 weeks haha, good for you Fella, it's a good way to do it, not only quit but keep in shape aswell, I am a shape but it just so happens to be round at the moment
