I am now on day 4 and am feeling brighter than I have been - still quite emotional but the feelings of depression are receeding.

I hope you are all doing well.

Glad to hear you are feeling a bit brighter Mel, as we all know there will probably be a fair few down days to come yet during our quits but it's how we deal with them that matters have a great day today and worry about tomorrow when it comes xx
