Quite proud of myself this week because I've faced so many triggers.
With 4 weeks to go until my thesis/assignments are due in and my last exams start I'm pretty stressed, especially considering my laptop came back from "repair" in an even worst state so I have nothing to work on at home and a minimum week without it again.
I've been spending a lot of time in the library as a consequence, probs around 6 to 8 hours a day and I'll be sat next to people who keep rolling cigarettes and going out to smoke as a break. I can also see them out the window, I never quite realised how many students smoke it's quite shocking! This has been hard to be honest, all this work is so stressful and I'm trying to sort out my masters application at the same time I feel like pulling my hair out! I know a cig won't help but it keeps popping up in my head.
I'm scared I'm going to crack next month during exam period, or on the celebratory nights out we have after they're all done. I suppose I'll take each day as it comes. The OH is doing great too, we're determined to make it to a month!
I hope everyone is doing ok today, we're half way to the weekend yayyy!

Congratulations Kirstie I'm sure you won't crack, you are aware you will be under stress next month and also with the nights out to celebrate but worry about them when they come around, just take each day as it comes as you have been doing xx
Wow your going strong and doing great, :). you have such a busy time ahead, so just take it as it comes , lots of deep breathing and water. May help slightly.
Hope your very proud of your self, please post if you feel it's all getting a bit much, am confident many people will be around to assist:):
Your through the worst I,m sure!
Massive congrats, give yourself a pat on the back,
Just keep telling yourself how proud you are of what you have achieved, and that all those people nipping out for a fag would really bite your arm off to be where you are given half a chance.
You've made it this far so you can- and will I think- make it all the way to a permanent quit. Well done you!!
